📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall performance of the Pallas Epos Group from start to finish.

• Provide leadership across a unified operational structure spanning various brands.

• Manage the lifecycle of acquisition integration.

• Supervise functional leaders in operations, commercial, and technical domains.

• Foster EBITA enhancement and maintain cost discipline across group entities.

• Oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Pallas Epos Group.

• Enhance payment processing penetration and boost net revenue retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in integrating acquisitions into a centralized operational framework.

• Proven success in turnaround efforts, restructuring, or optimizing portfolios.

• Extensive knowledge of payments monetization strategies.

• Background in managing legacy software companies with limited investment resources.

• Commercially focused and operationally disciplined.
