Managing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Stewardship of organizational resources

• Development of vision and strategic direction

• Management and leadership of internal teams

• Ensuring fiscal accountability and financial health

• Engagement with board relations and governance

• Influence on brand, industry presence, and external partnerships

• Development and negotiation of vendor programs

• Leadership and satisfaction of members and vendors

• Promotion of innovation, conferences, and educational initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the integration industry (Manufacturing, Integration, Retail, Services)

• More than 5 years of experience in team leadership (including hiring and firing)

• Strong financial acumen (including P&L, balance sheets, etc.)

• Experience working with a Board of Directors

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)

• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, vendor, and dealer visits
