📋 Description

• Drive sustainable business growth by strategically positioning the company in its markets and aligning operations with long-term goals.

• Achieve measurable enhancements in scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

• Propel consistent revenue growth through effective market expansion, cross-selling, and customer-centric strategies.

• Ensure robust customer satisfaction and loyalty, promoting high retention rates and advocacy.

• Develop clear, market-aligned product strategies and roadmaps that effectively balance innovation with stability, aiding both new customer acquisition and retention.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation and technology adoption, challenging existing practices and utilizing emerging tools (including AI) to enhance products, services, and operations.

• Assume complete P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, financial discipline, and long-term viability.

• Translate profound financial insights into strategic and operational decisions that maximize value creation.

• Meet or surpass key performance indicators including revenue, EBITDA, ROI, and customer retention.

• Optimize capital allocation to ensure predictable financial outcomes across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

• Build and maintain high-performing teams proficient in delivering outstanding results across all functions.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that boosts both individual and organizational performance.

• Inspire, motivate, and develop teams to reach ambitious goals and exceed expectations.

• Lead confidently through transitions, simplifying complexities, eliminating obstacles, and implementing strategies that ensure long-term business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven capability to manage a P&L and achieve sustained growth, profitability, and scalability.

• Demonstrated success in driving market expansion, launching new products, or transforming businesses.

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to make value-adding decisions.

• Experience in building and leading executive-level teams.

• Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

• Skill in simplifying complexities, navigating ambiguity, and making bold decisions.

• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations.

• Previous experience managing a B2B software company.

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and traits of a pace-setter.

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

• 8+ years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership.

• Comprehensive financial knowledge (P&L, BI tools, FP&A, financial documentation).

• Experience in developing strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
