• Previous experience managing a B2B software company.

• 8+ years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Comprehensive financial knowledge (P&L, BI tools, FP&A, financial documentation).
• Experience in developing strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
