Managing Consultant – Workday HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute high-impact Workday HCM implementations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide teams of consultants and analysts.

• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.

• Offer strategic insight on Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process configuration.

• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale Workday implementations successfully.

• Extensive functional knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process Framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
