Managing Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide advisory services to clients at the management and executive levels

• Recognize interdependencies between IT and business operations

• Actively engage in the strategic alignment of IT initiatives

• Lead projects focused on IT sourcing and transformation

• Create effective service delivery frameworks

• Elevate the business value derived from IT

• Facilitate the introduction and ongoing enhancement of IT services

• Offer technical guidance to consultants and assist in their professional growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• At least five years of relevant experience in project management and consulting within IT Service Management

• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL and other pertinent frameworks

• Proven experience in managing intricate IT organizations

• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking

• Proficient in analyzing complex interdependencies

• High level of ownership and accountability

• Systematic and organized work methodology

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with business-fluent proficiency in German
