This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing Consultants oversee client engagements from initiation to conclusion.
• You will be responsible for the project team's activities and assist in the daily management of client relationships.
• You are expected to efficiently create and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets for multiple complex projects at once.
• Work outputs are anticipated to be of high quality and ready for client presentation.
• In this prominent role, you will facilitate team meetings and provide guidance, management, and coaching to consultants and senior consultants, offering constructive feedback on project involvement and overall career growth.
• Managing Consultants collaborate closely with Directors and Managing Directors to keep them informed about project status and significant developments.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and the growth of the practice.
• Promote career advancement and long-term hiring strategies.
• Adhere to a clearly outlined career trajectory while continuing to enhance your project management and client relationship skills.
• Propel strategic solutions across various complex workstreams and become more engaged in business development.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on optimization and performance enhancement.
• More than 5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, and/or project management.
• A proven history of demonstrating thought leadership, managing complex projects, building client relationships, mentoring consulting staff, and collaborating with others to generate new business.
• Capability to present to large audiences, both externally and within the practice.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems.
