This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary lead and presenter for engagements providing executive-level insights to audiences ranging from Director-level to C-suite customers.
• Convert analytical findings into concise, executive-ready narratives that highlight significant business challenges and opportunities, their importance, potential solutions using specific technologies and capabilities, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Align insights derived from customer interaction data with actionable AI, automation, and CX technology use cases to drive impact and action.
• Integrate contributions from analytics, automation, and product teams, emphasizing interpretation and storytelling over mere data production.
• Play an active role in the advancement of the Executive Insights offering, aiding in the expansion of supported use cases, datasets, and analytical methodologies based on practical field experience.
• Offer structured feedback to Analytics, Product, and Research teams to guide ongoing enhancements and future capability development.
• Collaborate with account teams and sales leadership to prepare for strategic customer engagements, including executive briefings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and competitive scenarios.
• Uphold a high standard for credibility and consistency during senior-level customer interactions.
• Educate internal teams on the connections between insights, technology, and business outcomes, facilitating the effective and appropriate use of advanced analytics deliverables.
• Assist with related initiatives, projects, or strategic engagements as required.
• Over 7 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing position (e.g., management consulting, strategy, analytics advisory, presales, or similar).
• Proven experience in presenting complex analytical or technical concepts to senior business audiences.
• Strong capability to articulate the business value and outcomes generated from data and technology.
• Established executive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in creating and delivering polished, executive-ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and adapting during live executive discussions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with sales leadership and account teams in strategic opportunity contexts.
• Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25%.
