This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and client teams to provide top-notch infusion consulting solutions, which include site design, addressable products, and strategies for leakage mitigation.
• Engage directly with customers to implement alternate site strategies encompassing site selection, facility design, clinical workflow development, and the creation of policies and procedures.
• Facilitate parts of client meetings and foster trust through effective communication and insights that are focused on infusion results.
• Create impactful presentations, reports, and dashboards that convert complex data into clear, actionable stories.
• Develop and enhance executive messaging frameworks to effectively communicate priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Tackle ambiguous challenges using structured thinking, consulting frameworks, and hypothesis-driven methodologies.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support recommendations for the infusion business.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to collect information, synthesize viewpoints, and maintain consistency in messaging.
• Aid cross-functional teams in their preparation for executive meetings, reviews, and strategic checkpoints.
• Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of significant initiatives, such as customer segmentation, operational readiness, and strategy refresh cycles.
• Conduct due diligence on strategic queries, including customer insights, operational data, and industry trends.
• Convert data and qualitative findings into insights that enhance leadership decision-making.
• Uphold a high standard of organization, version control, and proactive communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Create materials for enterprise summits, advisory boards, customer meetings, board presentations, and leadership offsites.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to improve infusion consulting skills and industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of pertinent work experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, hospital pharmacy operations, or other related sectors.
• Preferred additional experience in client services and consulting firms.
• Pharm D. is preferred, along with experience working directly in alternate site environments as either an operator or advisor.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or distribution industry is essential.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities with comfort in navigating both qualitative and quantitative data, including experience in developing financial models and business case analyses.
• Understanding of alternate site infusion operations, which includes site design, addressable products, clinical workflows, and leakage mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
