📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Included Health’s marketing websites and client microsites, ensuring that content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and optimized for various devices.

• Address intake tickets and fulfill internal marketing requests.

• Convert the broader web roadmap into quarterly and monthly priorities; manage intake, backlog, and daily tradeoff decisions related to requests, bugs, optimizations, and launches.

• Create and update pages, templates, and content modules in WordPress and related tools, implementing best practices for user experience, accessibility, scalability, technical SEO, and performance; resolve issues and collaborate with developers on more complex modifications.

• Lead the launch readiness and execution for site updates, which includes quality assurance, compliance checks, stakeholder communication, and post-launch monitoring.

• Enhance web publishing workflows, documentation, and operational guidelines to enable teams to work more efficiently while preserving quality and consistency.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive tasks, speed up quality assurance and optimization workflows, and boost team productivity.

• Establish and enforce scalable technical SEO and AEO/GEO best practices across site architecture, internal linking, metadata, structured data, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, and indexation controls.

• Manage test-and-learn initiatives across sites by formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and operationalizing successful outcomes into repeatable best practices.

• Track site health and technical SEO performance using analytics, Search Console, and crawling tools; diagnose issues related to crawlability, rendering, indexation, page speed, broken templates, and technical errors, then prioritize fixes.

• Develop reporting on key web KPIs and communicate findings, recommendations, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.

• Facilitate and execute cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Content Strategy, and partners to bring initiatives from concept to launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, technical SEO, web publishing, or related fields, including hands-on responsibility for a production marketing website.

• Extensive experience with WordPress or a similar CMS, including page creation, content updates, site structure, publishing workflows, and technical troubleshooting in collaboration with developers.

• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities, with experience in managing intake, prioritization, and execution for multiple concurrent web initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, schema, internal linking, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and the diagnostic frameworks used to identify and prioritize SEO problems.

• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including how front-end implementation and rendering decisions impact site performance, accessibility, and user experience.

• Experience utilizing AI and LLM-based tools to enhance efficiency across technical SEO, web publishing, content operations, quality assurance, or analysis workflows.

• Proven experience in conducting experiments and supporting conversion rate optimization on landing pages or website experiences.

• Familiarity with web analytics and technical SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and related crawling, auditing, and reporting tools.

• Ability to convert data into actionable insights, articulate technical concepts clearly, and continuously improve processes.

• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
