This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of revenue growth for Varsity Performing Arts (VPA) hard goods through wholesale/dealer business development, Amazon marketplace performance, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce.
• Oversee product strategy and the development of new products while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance pricing, policies, and the overall customer experience.
• Manage the dealer/wholesale commercial plan aimed at achieving revenue goals, including account strategy, pipeline development, and territory planning.
• Establish and sustain relationships with both existing and potential dealers; act as the primary contact for product education, growth prospects, and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular dealer business reviews to assist in forecasting, identify opportunities, and enhance in-season execution.
• Propel incremental dealer sales through premium trade-ups, enhanced category penetration, and the adoption of new products; recruit and onboard new dealers as necessary.
• Oversee the ecommerce presence of Varsity Performing Arts across all brands, focusing on assortment expansion, pricing execution, demand forecasting, replenishment, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain the hard goods product roadmap; collaborate with Sourcing and internal/external suppliers to launch and refine products, targeting approximately 3-5 new introductions/innovations annually.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in managing commercial product strategy or relevant transferable knowledge.
• Proven track record of managing multiple commercial channels successfully.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in overseeing revenue performance across various channels (wholesale, Amazon, and DTC).
• Capability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, forecasts, and priorities.
• Experience in developing product strategies/roadmaps and collaborating with sourcing/suppliers to bring new products to market.
• Strong awareness of pricing and margins; experienced in shaping policies/terms that foster growth while enhancing customer experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with dealers/retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple initiatives at once and executing with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and professionalism when engaging with large, sophisticated partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work evenings/weekends as necessary.
