This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the vision and roadmap for the Veeva Vault platform in alignment with Amplity’s Client Systems and Services strategy.
• Assess Veeva capabilities and create service offerings for clients.
• Oversee the feature backlog, release roadmap, and priorities for platform enhancements.
• Lead the design of solutions for client implementations using Veeva Vault CRM and related products.
• Standardize implementation methodologies, deployment templates, solution designs, playbooks, and accelerators.
• Build integrations with client systems, data lakes, and analytics environments.
• Establish governance for configuration, security, releases, compliance, and best practices.
• Support administration, release management, optimization, and production assistance.
• Design and support capabilities for territory management, targeting, alignment, customer master data, and field force effectiveness.
• Develop reporting models utilizing X-Pages and related capabilities.
• Create Amplity’s Veeva managed services offerings and operating procedures.
• Manage relationships with Veeva, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate releases, regression testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and ensure production readiness.
• Own the AI roadmap, innovation backlog, business cases, and pilot initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Commercial Operations, Medical Operations, and clients.
• Deliver executive presentations, client proposals, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish KPIs, support metrics, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor expenditures.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, coordination, and development support.
• Manage assigned projects, including scope, timelines, resources, reporting, execution, and value creation.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM, commercial platforms, or commercial technology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM.
• Experience with Veeva Align, Network, OpenData, Engage, and Approved Email.
• Proven track record of leading CRM implementations, platform administration, or managed services.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Medical Affairs teams.
• Experience working alongside business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Proven experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical clients in a consulting, CRO, CSO, or client services environment.
• Experience in developing reusable implementation methodologies, playbooks, and service accelerators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective engagement at the executive level and with clients.
• Strong skills in client relationship management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Must be able to work within U.S. time zones; preference for residents of U.S. Eastern and Central time zones.
• Direct engagement with internal business partners, clients, and vendors is essential.
• Veeva Vault CRM Administrator certification is required.
• Vault AI and X-Pages certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Veeva Align certification or relevant experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is preferred.
• Microsoft AI Fundamentals is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations.
• Functional expertise in Veeva CRM.
• Expertise in commercial field force processes, Medical Affairs workflows, territory management, alignment, targeting, segmentation, CRM product management, consulting, solution design, business process optimization, and change management.
• Technical expertise in Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva Network, CRM integrations and APIs, Power BI, SQL, and Azure DevOps or other Agile delivery tools.
• Skills in product ownership, project management, vendor management, cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, financial and commercial acumen, team leadership, and mentoring.
