• This role involves consulting and collaborating with internal HR clients through regular meetings to align priorities and provide updates on system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the IT department and vendor support teams on various projects, enhancements, and production challenges.
• Comprehend the business requirements of internal clients and design workflow processes and system configurations to optimize the use of the SuccessFactors tool.
• Manage and prioritize both proactive and reactive system change requests from internal HR clients efficiently.
• Engage with SAP’s self-service tools (customer community), participate in webinars, and attend expert-led training sessions to remain informed about new features, influence enhancements, and resolve system issues.
• Analyze release notes, prepare clients for new functionalities, and organize both new and regression testing.
• Coordinate initiatives to achieve system adoption objectives, which involve customer collaboration and change management efforts.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly qualify and prioritize tasks based on standard SLAs, business goals and impacts, and available resources.
• Adhere to business systems analyst best practices, which include requirements gathering, process mapping, meeting facilitation, task lists & timelines, documentation, and test planning.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure an up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators regarding the functionalities of SuccessFactors, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Capable of analyzing extensive data sets in Excel and employing common formulas/features such as (If-statements, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables/charts) to produce data-supported recommendations or insights.
• Submit and escalate production support tickets to guarantee system uptime and the continuity of essential HR processes.
• Uphold system security and role access in compliance with IT standards.
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Time & Labor principles and systems.
• Skilled in project management principles and meeting facilitation.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required.
