Manager, Technology Solutions Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic direction and operational management for all contracting activities that support the Technology Solutions Group.

• Oversee the Technology Solutions Contracting function, ensuring strategic guidance and governance.

• Act as the primary contracting liaison for Technology Solutions Leadership.

• Supervise the complete contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, renewals, and closure.

• Manage the 1099 and vendor contracting pipeline, ensuring prompt onboarding and compliance.

• Oversee the contract request pipeline and service-level timelines.

• Serve as the escalation point for urgent contracting requests.

• Lead negotiations for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor contracts.

• Formulate contracting strategies that balance growth opportunities with risk management.

• Propel process enhancements through automation and standardization.

• Implement contracting controls and governance standards.

• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation effectively.

• Facilitate cross-functional pipeline review meetings.

• Create executive reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.

• Maintain the integrity of contract systems and data.

• Lead compliance assessments and prepare for audits.

• Support change initiatives and align with strategic priorities.

• Mentor and develop team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) is mandatory.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in contract management or related fields is required.

• Previous leadership experience is essential.

• Familiarity with CRM and CLM systems is necessary.

• Proven experience in negotiating complex agreements is required.
