Manager – Technology, Core Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the delivery of Core Flexcube applications change requests in alignment with the bank's initiatives and providing a strategic technological support approach to achieve set objectives and goals.

• This position entails delivering solutions to business functional requirements and managing the complete delivery process for the bank.

• FLEXCUBE functional Role - (70% purely functional and 30% may involve technical aspects).

• The functional exposure may exceed the specified minimum of 70% but must not fall below that threshold.

• Responsibilities include conducting POCs, testing, guiding business users, and ensuring timely service delivery with high-quality support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineer or Post Graduate with over 10 years of experience in FLEXCUBE, covering all functional areas of FCUBS.

• Hands-on experience with FCUBS V11.x version (or higher) is a significant advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of the banking domain is essential, particularly with strong exposure to Retail Banking and Channels.

• Experience in a business analyst role within any banking project (FCUBS) is required.

• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming is a must.

• Experience as a functional consultant involved in the design of banking products concerning business requirements is necessary.

• A solid understanding of the SDLC process is required.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Banking Operations, especially Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and other related Banking channels.
