• Act as a functional and solution authority for SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC-P), facilitating comprehensive Financial Planning processes while overseeing all Product Management aspects of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Enhance process efficiency and solution uniformity by utilizing platform best practices, architectural guidelines, and industry standards.
• Manage system integrations across various enterprise platforms, including connections with ERP, SAC-P, Datasphere, third-party applications, and external partners (e.g., APIs, EDI, BTP, and middleware solutions).
• Organize and perform use case testing, end-user validation activities, and provide post-implementation support.
• Supervise production support tasks and serve as a point of escalation for critical incidents and major system issues within SAC-P and/or other Financial Planning applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and implement system enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support comprehensive enterprise business processes and discover opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability through technology.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business stakeholders and end users by leveraging deep functional knowledge and trusted partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and drive innovation through process enhancement, automation, and modernization efforts within the Financial Planning sector.
• Define solution architecture requirements and ensure they align with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Guarantee that solutions meet security, risk, and regulatory standards in accordance with Information Security and governance policies.
• Assist in cost-benefit analysis and the development of business cases for proposed initiatives and enhancements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Business System Analysts and AMS team members to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery.
• Profound understanding of financial planning processes, encompassing annual budget development, monthly forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and supervise Business System Analysts or equivalent roles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the capacity to align technology solutions with business goals.
