This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the factors influencing work-life choices, along with data pertaining to the labor market and competitive landscape.
• Spearhead the strategy for candidate and talent engagement for challenging positions.
• Create targeted campaigns under The Home Depot brand to enhance recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently; apply critical thinking to transform data into a coherent narrative.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Talent Acquisition, HR, and external partners.
• Balance immediate execution with long-term workforce and talent planning requirements.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of owning and developing strategy from start to finish.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking and effectively conveying a story through data.
• Experience in talent attraction strategy, workforce planning, marketing, or a related field within a complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data, analytics, and ROI measurements to inform strategy.
• Strong project management skills with experience in handling deadline-driven projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to evolving work based on new information.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
• An AI-forward mindset, showcasing curiosity or direct experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
