Manager, Talent Solutions – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients by showcasing knowledge of industry trends and identifying client issues and conflicts; proactively offer solution options to both clients and team members.

• Oversee staff on engagement deliverables, such as financial statements, tax returns, and work papers; conduct technical and strategic reviews as part of the final engagement review team to uphold quality control standards; ensure timely delivery within budget.

• Exhibit strong technical skills in managing all client responsibilities, including awareness of trends, industries, and alternatives.

• Comprehend the client's organization, procedures, and internal policies thoroughly.

• Accountable for new client development in collaboration with upper management; engage in client meetings, presentations, proposal development, and achieve individual cross-serving goals.

• Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects effectively.

• Develop comprehensive engagement budgets.

• Consistently achieve charge hour targets.

• Responsible for billing and realization for assigned clients; clarify any variances.

• Supervise, train, and mentor staff while ensuring effective communication.

• Cultivate a team-oriented environment by demonstrating support for management and decisions, fostering a positive culture.

• Engage in practice development activities that facilitate the generation of new business and opportunities for cross-serving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5 years of experience in a related field.

• 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Must possess and maintain required licenses.

• Ability to manage all facets of client engagements.

• Proven capability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms across all organizational levels, internally and externally.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Must be willing to travel based on client and business requirements.
