This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Proven history of managing and leading a product and engineering recruitment team.

• Motivate, develop, and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to meet business hiring requirements while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and career advancement opportunities to team members.

• Collaborate with key business leadership to understand future objectives and craft a global strategy to achieve these goals.

• Establish overall recruitment performance objectives for the team.

• Lead and nurture recruiting managers to expand their teams effectively.

• Advocate for global improvements in the recruiting process to enhance scalability.

• Exceptional skill in directly sourcing hard-to-find niche candidates using creativity through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal and external networks, and various sites for Boolean searches.

• Proficient in crafting compelling email campaigns that emphasize the exciting technical challenges and remarkable culture at CrowdStrike.

• Demonstrate talent by attracting and engaging candidates through innovative external efforts.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation within the company's ATS.

• Prioritize delivering an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity through outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Skilled in identifying and evaluating a strong candidate pool.

• Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend the technical requirements for each position.

• Proven capability to utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness, candidate engagement, and operational efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

• 5+ years of experience in managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.

• 5+ years of experience managing a technical recruiting team is required.

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
