Manager, Student Success and Counseling Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee ORCA's extensive school counseling initiative and lead the Counseling Team.

• Guarantee that all students from grades K–12 benefit from a coordinated, data-driven, and equitable program.

• Develop and manage systems for graduation planning, course selection, and crisis prevention and intervention.

• Leverage student outcome data to foster ongoing improvements in the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license from the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) as a School Counselor or School Social Worker.

• An advanced degree in Counseling or Administration is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a secondary school environment.

• Experience in school counseling is preferred.

• Availability to work occasional evening hours is required.
