📋 Description

• Drive Strategic Initiatives – Oversee organization-wide projects, including clinical strategies, platform and tool implementations, and enhancements to the operating model that bolster Habitat’s offerings and organizational capabilities.

• Standardize and Scale Market Operations – Play a key role in developing Habitat’s launch frameworks, processes, and tools that enhance operational execution, making them replicable across new markets and partners, thereby positioning Habitat for future growth and expansion.

• Support Operational Execution – Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability within the Operations organization to keep partnership and enterprise initiatives on track.

• Translate Strategy into Action – Simplify complex issues into structured solutions that facilitate timely decision-making by leadership. Adopt a “roll up your sleeves” approach, fostering clarity and forward momentum in dynamic and changing environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations within a fast-growing startup, preferably in the health care delivery sector.

• Proven self-starter with the ability to take initiative.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment.

• Strong interpersonal abilities; high emotional intelligence.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a high level of self-direction and a proactive mindset.

• A deep passion for our mission, coupled with significant empathy for the communities we serve.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
