This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in managing, leading, and supporting strategic projects and initiatives within the department.
• Aid leadership in the execution of strategic plans.
• Cultivate relationships with key functional areas while providing leadership and oversight to team members.
• Support Plan Administration in the execution of the established strategic plan and essential processes.
• Develop and implement Operations/Administration projects.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee complex Operations projects and programs.
• Create and implement action plans aimed at process improvement.
• Supervise projects and manage the development and delivery of solutions.
• Engage department associates while managing their performance through effective communication, feedback, coaching, and development suggestions.
• Provide coaching and management to the team and direct reports.
• Oversee processes and projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and develop workflows for business processes.
• Address internal business owner requests.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to drive business strategies and resolve issues.
• Lead project workgroups while managing multiple projects at once.
• Offer leadership for strategic program initiatives, ensuring financial commitments are fulfilled.
• Monitor vendor, delegated, and contracted relationships and performance, including oversight of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare periodic executive summaries for Senior Management regarding performance and trends.
• Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading projects and initiatives.
• More than 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Managed care experience is preferred.
• Financial and P&L knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred.
• Must be a resident of Florida.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship at any time now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%–25% for business purposes and/or in-person departmental meetings.
