Manager – Strategic Financial Planning & Investments

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of financial models and strategic frameworks that guide clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning.

• Engage in the preparation and evaluation of multi-year capital plans.

• Aid in the coordination of the capital investment planning process throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to ensure that investments are in line with enterprise priorities.

• Support the management of the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance metrics, and facilitating regular reporting on project progress and outcomes.

• Participate in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.

• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison among business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related domains.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting financial data and converting it into actionable insights.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-wide projects and working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
