Manager – Strategic Financial Planning, Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of financial models and strategic frameworks that guide clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning.

• Engage in the preparation and examination of multi-year capital plans.

• Aid in the coordination of the capital investment planning process throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to ensure that investments are in line with enterprise priorities.

• Help oversee the investment portfolio by participating in governance processes, gathering performance data, and facilitating regular project status and outcome reporting.

• Contribute to the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison among business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related areas.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting financial data and transforming it into actionable insights.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-wide projects and working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
