• Provide an exceptional experience for sponsors by guiding them through all phases of event involvement.
• Manage the implementation of sponsorship packages, MPOs, exhibitor participation, booth experiences, content, digital activations, graphics, registration, and onsite support.
• Enhance and refine processes that facilitate smooth sponsor delivery.
• Develop and sustain materials for sponsor readiness, including content guidelines, policies, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that sponsors are aligned with critical milestones, timelines, and deliverables across various events.
• Foster the development of long-term sponsor relationships and pinpoint opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in collaboration with sales teams.
• Promote ongoing improvement in sponsor engagement and delivery experiences.
• Serve as the sponsor's advocate both internally and externally, representing their needs and priorities.
• Collaborate directly with clients and partner teams to guarantee the smooth execution of sponsorship deliverables.
• Work across multiple client workstreams to implement sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities.
• Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting related to sponsorship delivery as necessary.
• Provide onsite event support, including live troubleshooting and management of stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and best practices to contribute to the broader sponsorship and account teams.
• Support a range of events by adapting to various projects and priorities as needed.
• Take part in agency and client account calls to help strengthen client relationships and explore future sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of team systems, tools, processes, and resources.
• Background in sponsorship execution, preferably in conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale live events.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering sponsorship packages and exhibitor programs.
• Familiarity with sponsor/exhibitor management platforms (experience with RainFocus is preferred).
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in tools like Monday.com or other similar project management systems.
• Excellent customer service approach with outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure and across multiple event timelines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently within a distributed or global team.
