• Provide an exceptional experience for sponsors and exhibitors across various events and programs.
• Oversee sponsors throughout the implementation of sponsorship packages and additional marketing initiatives.
• Create and sustain sponsor readiness materials, policies, timelines, technical specifications, and guidance documents.
• Ensure sponsors meet project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of strategic sponsor relationships and uncover opportunities for account growth and retention in partnership with sales teams.
• Promote ongoing enhancement in sponsor engagement and delivery processes.
• Represent the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring their priorities and needs are recognized and fulfilled.
• Work closely with client workstreams and provide support for onsite event troubleshooting.
• Manage timelines and execution across all sponsorship components, including booths, content, digital assets, and activations.
• Aid in financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and risk management related to sponsorship programs when applicable.
• Maintain effective communication among clients, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Actively contribute within the sponsorship account team, sharing insights and promoting best practices.
• Provide support across a broader range of client events and sponsorship programs as required.
• Engage actively in agency and client account calls.
• Keep up-to-date with sponsorship systems, tools, resources, and operational processes.
• Experience in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events, conferences, or trade shows.
• Demonstrated experience managing sponsorship or exhibitor programs across multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity with sponsorship exhibitor resource platforms, such as RainFocus (preferred).
• Strong project management skills, with a background in managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com or equivalent platforms.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and negotiation capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
• Solid business acumen and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team setting.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
