Manager, Specification and PLM Migration

📋 Description

• Develop, update, and sustain product specifications and associated technical attributes necessary for effective product packaging execution.

• Implement specification and master data migration processes into the new PLM solution.

• Organize and evaluate formulation, processing, and specification parameters.

• Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, FSQA, Operations, and Business Operations to collect, verify, and maintain essential inputs.

• Offer regulatory and compliance assistance by conveying requirements and data-driven advice to stakeholders.

• Diagnose and swiftly address PLM/PDM and legacy system interface challenges.

• Prepare and uphold audit-ready documentation and ensure data traceability.

• Analyze, interpret, and present data for effective communication with business partners and R&D/FSQA leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• M.S. with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• B.S. with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• No degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient computer skills with the capability to fully utilize MS Office (including intermediate Excel), SAP, PLM/PDM, and other web-based discipline-specific systems.
