• Define Value
• Transform customers' strategic goals into impactful use cases for Social Links.
• Identify crucial areas where our products deliver value and guide customers on how to realize it.
• Develop business cases and calculate ROI by utilizing customer feedback, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
• Deliver Value
• Empower customers to achieve the defined value.
• Work closely with strategic customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of our products through tailored use cases, workflows, and product adoption.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance product adoption.
• Utilize insights gained from strategic customers to benefit small and medium-sized customers.
• Maintain Value
• Track and optimize customer engagement with our products.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Department to ensure our products evolve in line with customer requirements.
• Create and refine analyses for key customer segments.
• Assist Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in crafting and documenting Customer Success Stories.
• Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Value Departments within a Software (preferably SaaS) Company, or a Center of Excellence.
• Practical experience in client delivery, project management, and business development.
• Strong analytical abilities, particularly in applying technology solutions to fundamental business challenges.
• Proficient in articulating complex concepts simply and guiding data-driven value creation and decision-making for both our customers and our organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one additional European language.
• Outstanding degree in Management, Business Information Systems, or other business or engineering-related fields.
• Ideally, familiarity with OSINT, Cyber Security, Forensics, Intelligence, or Lawful Interception.
