This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee two distinct brands and their associated networks within the designated region.
β’ Suggest modifications and identify areas for enhancement based on an analysis of existing business processes.
β’ Assess, cultivate, support, guide, shape, and advise multiple exclusive dealer networks across various CE product categories.
β’ Continuously track, enhance, and assess the performance and growth of the dealer network.
β’ Initiate and oversee network restructuring processes when necessary.
β’ Act as the primary contact for dealers regarding inquiries related to products, sales, and marketing.
β’ Assist dealers and represent brands during customer visits.
β’ Collaborate with back-office teams to enhance brand visibility and market reputation.
β’ Monitor, drive, and enhance the market presence of all sales partners.
β’ Serve as the back-office's liaison in the market and track/report the emergence of new trends.
β’ Plan, discuss, and finalize a marketing strategy with dealers in the assigned region.
β’ Previous experience as an area sales manager, district manager, or sales manager within the construction equipment sector through an exclusive dealer network is essential.
β’ Experience managing exclusive dealer networks within the industrial goods industry.
β’ Understanding of the operational aspects of a dealership.
β’ Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery.
β’ Familiarity with the characteristics of the CE (Construction Equipment) market, both generally and regionally.
β’ Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
β’ Ability to lead the dealer network effectively.
β’ Skill in translating market trends into actionable business strategies.
β’ Capability to foster team spirit.
β’ Willingness to travel as required.
