Manager, Specialty Ticketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and oversee specialty ticketing products, such as venue memberships, premium seating packages, and seat upgrade initiatives.

• Design customer journeys for new projects to guarantee an enjoyable fan experience from the initial purchase to the event day.

• Present innovative specialty ticketing proposals to management and key stakeholders, integrating their feedback and securing essential approvals before the launch.

• Collaborate closely with Ticketmaster and third-party vendors to optimize platform functionalities.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and increase revenue.

• Gather sales and operational performance data and report findings to leadership.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in ticketing operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar field.

• Ticketing experience with Ticketmaster Host or Archtics is preferred.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

• A creative thinker capable of both conceptualizing and executing complex workflows to meet business objectives.

• A self-motivated individual who is skilled at anticipating the needs of their team and the broader organization.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
