This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in creating a unique, top-tier specialty pharmacy experience that enhances health outcomes for specialty patients, streamlines the colleague experience, and delivers quantifiable business value.
• Leverage data, analytics, business storytelling, and robust stakeholder collaboration to discover high-impact opportunities, develop business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and measure value delivered through Specialty Technology and operational enhancements.
• Integrate strategy, operational performance, patient and colleague experiences, and service efficiency into a cohesive view of business impact.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance, identify operational challenges, discover workflow opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize business, operational, product, financial, and colleague workflow data to unveil trends, insights, risks, and value opportunities.
• Create business cases, feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, value-sizing models, and benefit realization frameworks for recommended solutions, technology upgrades, and operational enhancements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, operational impact, and service efficiency contributions of Specialty Technology products and enabled capabilities.
• Convert complex analyses into clear, concise, actionable insights that facilitate leadership decision-making and roadmap prioritization.
• Develop executive-ready summaries, presentations, dashboards, value tracking materials, and recommendations for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Resource Planning, and business stakeholders to validate assumptions, define success metrics, align on ownership, and assist in ongoing value tracking.
• Aid in roadmap prioritization, discovery, sizing, development, implementation, and post-launch performance monitoring for Specialty Technology and value acceleration initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to guide solution design, rollout strategies, operational readiness, change management needs, and future recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, validate solutions, align cross-functional partners, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Assist in simplifying the Specialty front-end colleague experience, especially for Pharmacy Service Representatives and operational teams affected by technology, workflow, and process modifications.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects by contributing ideas, providing feedback, and advancing Strategic Analyst Team priorities.
• Utilize analytics techniques and tools, including SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and related platforms, to collect data, create models, forecast impacts, develop dashboards, and support business decision-making.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Specialty pharmacy operations, patient engagement, colleague workflows, compliance considerations, technology enablement, and business value drivers.
• 5-7 years of total work experience, including 3+ years specifically focused on pharmacy operations.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, operational analytics, value measurement, or performance reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of complex data into relevant, actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to connect data, strategy, operations, colleague experience, patient experience, and financial impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for operational, cross-functional, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to develop and present content that clearly communicates business opportunities, risks, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Proficient at creating clear, concise, executive-ready materials that translate complex information into business impact, trade-offs, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Resource Planning, and business teams.
• High energy, a strong sense of urgency, and a demonstrated commitment to driving work forward from analysis through recommendation, alignment, and execution support.
• Ability to work independently amid ambiguity, structure complex problems, influence outcomes without direct authority, and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or related analytics tools to support data modeling, forecasting, dashboarding, scenario analysis, and business case development.
