Strategy Lead, Therapeutics – Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to drive initiatives, ensure follow-through, and maintain cross-functional alignment without intermediary layers.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and Competitive Intelligence in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to inform internal decision-making with data-driven insights.

• Leverage data to instill operational rigor, monitor priorities, and provide straightforward updates that promote clarity and action-oriented outcomes across the team.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives, including internal planning, Biomarker Strategy, and special projects led by leadership.

• Facilitate external collaborations with pharmaceutical and academic partners by preparing materials, ensuring internal alignment, and meticulously tracking subsequent actions.

• Create materials for conferences and stakeholder interactions, extracting actionable insights to enhance internal strategy.

• Function without a predefined blueprint, utilizing data and structured thinking to resolve ambiguous challenges and provide actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) is preferred.

• 4–7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or business development within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or life science technology sectors.

• Strong scientific literacy with a solid understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic fields.
