This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the planning of cross-channel campaigns while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to provide comprehensive, full-funnel recommendations.
• Handle campaign logistics to guarantee seamless execution.
• Lead daily and weekly client interactions: organize client calls and meetings, manage ad-hoc requests, and communicate campaign performance metrics.
• Act as the internal advocate for your client's objectives, working closely with the Activation, Investment, and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations and performance enhancements.
• Evaluate data, generate insights, and offer recommendations both internally and externally.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to expedite research, audience insights, plan development, and reporting processes.
• Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance client and business workflows.
• Comprehend the full range of services offered by Monks and assist in nurturing both new and existing engagements in a considerate, consultative manner.
• Compile learnings into case studies, best practices, and client-facing points of view in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute positively to the culture of the Media Strategy department and agency by being inquisitive, thoughtful, and bold.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning, digital media, or client service, preferably within intricate organizational frameworks.
• A proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptionally high standards for your work.
• Proficient in using syndicated media planning tools (e.g., MediaOcean Prisma, Comscore, GWI, Nielsen) to formulate audience-focused plans.
• Comfortable with data analysis and enthusiastic about embracing AI-enabled work methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Aspiration to develop as a leader and mentor to peers.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance the success of our clients and the company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on marketing, advertising, or business.
