This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee a portfolio consisting of 10–12 chapters as the primary staff relationship manager.
• Act as the key liaison for Area Directors, Chapter Staff, and Chapter Presidents.
• Coordinate and participate in at least one monthly meeting with ADs, Chapter Staff, and Presidents.
• Foster healthy and sustainable chapters by upholding EO standards and identifying potential risks.
• Serve as the regional product ambassador, possessing in-depth product knowledge.
• Monitor chapter status, leadership changes, and indicators of health and growth for forecasting purposes.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in product engagement, program management, product marketing, member engagement, or a similar role.
• Preferred experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, association, or global organization.
• Experience working across various regions, cultures, or languages is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is required; other language skills may be necessary depending on the region.
• Willingness to undertake regional and global travel (35%), including periods of increased seasonal travel demands.
