This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead and support a team of Solutions Engineers by managing scheduling, resource allocation, workload distribution, and conducting 1:1 meetings.
• Offer coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance both technical and consulting skills.
• Actively participate in solution design, architecture, and implementation (60% utilization).
• Supervise daily operations to ensure projects are adequately staffed, executed punctually, and adhere to scope and budget constraints.
• Technical Partnership Liaison: Build and manage technical partnerships to foster business growth through the advancement of our service offerings.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to identify joint business opportunities and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
• Business Development and Account Growth: Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in understanding the strategic and technical ramifications of various solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships by spotting new business opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Customer Success, and Account Management) to ensure technical delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Maintain expertise in marketing technology platforms to guide the team and meet client needs effectively.
• Encourage continuous learning, certification, and awareness of industry trends and partner technologies.
• 3–5 years of experience managing technical teams, or equivalent experience gained through mentorship or technical leadership.
• 7+ years of practical experience in a solution-oriented role, delivering professional services, including the implementation and optimization of technical solutions.
• Familiarity with multiple enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms, with hands-on experience in at least one of the industry leaders (Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Cordial, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, etc.).
• Proven expertise in designing, optimizing, and integrating complex business processes across systems to improve operational efficiencies and foster innovation.
• Proficient in one or more related practices, such as Rest APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with at least one personalization language (RPL, AMPscript, Handlebars, Liquid, Django, Smarty, etc.).
• Certification(s) in two or more areas of marketing technology and/or email marketing or related platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both internal and client stakeholders; capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and developments within the MarTech landscape, as well as lifecycle marketing and customer loyalty and retention.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technology or project requirements.
