Manager, Solutions Consulting – Payment Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams such as Program Management and Global Solutions Engineering to ensure they are well-informed and confident when discussing BCD’s payment solutions.

• Assist Program Management during customer meetings and workshops that focus on payment solutions.

• Contribute to revenue growth and the expansion of BCD’s preferred payment methods.

• Work with Conferma to enhance acceptance and SNAP+ collection rates.

• Coordinate with various departments in the development and delivery of payment solutions, including but not limited to Implementation, Marketing, Project Management, and Technology Support.

• Aid in the planning and evolution of BCD’s payment solutions globally, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and the global product strategy.

• Stay informed about innovations in the travel payment sector to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry, enabling us to retain and acquire new business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the travel industry, particularly in payment technology and operations.

• Proven track record with payment solutions, issuers, including Conferma, and the ability to operate at a strategic level to achieve results.

• Strong technical knowledge of payment flows.

• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

• Customer-centric mindset with a detail-oriented approach to customer success, problem-solving, and product development.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a demanding, fast-paced work environment and adapt effectively to changing priorities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving setting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
