This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead thorough evaluations of "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" for all elements of the AI ecosystem.
• Define the AI tooling architecture for the company, detailing how tools integrate with existing systems (CRM, ad platforms, analytics systems, etc.).
• Take ownership of the technical AI roadmap, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and clearly communicating trade-offs to leadership.
• Continuously evaluate the changing AI landscape and provide timely, well-reasoned recommendations regarding the adoption, replacement, or retirement of tools.
• Implement agentic AI solutions capable of acting and making decisions within established parameters, reducing manual intervention across essential workflows.
• Create and configure multi-step AI workflows and solutions that connect various tools and departments.
• Ensure that solutions are reliable, auditable, and constructed with appropriate guardrails and failure management.
• Lead the comprehensive implementation of AI solutions from scoping to deployment, utilizing recommendations from the AI Business Process Analyst.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing workflows.
• Maintain thorough documentation regarding system architecture, tool configurations, and integration dependencies.
• Monitor solution performance after deployment and refine based on real-world usage and feedback.
• Develop and conduct training programs, in partnership with the AI Business Analyst, to assist staff in understanding, trusting, and effectively using AI tools in their daily activities.
• Create accessible resource guides and demos that cater to team members' varying technical backgrounds.
• Act as an internal resource for AI-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Advocate for responsible AI use and assist the organization in establishing clear norms for AI tool utilization.
• Work closely with the AI Business Process Analyst to convert operational insights into technically sound solution designs.
• Engage with department leads and leadership to align on priorities, identify blockers, and report on the progress of initiatives.
• Support change management efforts by ensuring teams feel prepared and supported as new tools are introduced.
• A portfolio showcasing AI solutions you have designed and deployed, with clear evidence of the business impact achieved.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and tools.
• Experience in integrating AI tools within existing technology stacks, including CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics systems.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in performance marketing, media, analytics, or lead generation environments (preferred).
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in training or enabling staff on new tools and technologies with patience, structure, and a genuine commitment to successful adoption.
• All applicants should be well-versed in working within SOC 2 data security standards.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI platform administration.
• A practical, outcome-oriented mindset; success in this role is measured by the usage and results delivered by solutions, not just their development.
