Manager, Solutions Architecture – Financial Services, Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Recruit and guide architects both personally and professionally, ensuring alignment with industry and company objectives.

• Collaborate across teams to advance the Financial Services Industry strategy.

• Provide industry leadership and vision by integrating NVIDIA's full-stack to support various financial services use cases and sub-verticals.

• Deliver technical leadership on all NVIDIA products relevant to the industry, directly assisting Industry Business Development and Sales in achieving design wins and executing industry strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering from a prestigious university (or equivalent experience).

• Over 4 years of demonstrated strong technical leadership in team development, managing key objectives, excellent communication, problem-solving, sharing direction with critical thinking, and promoting team collaboration.

• More than 8 years of cumulative experience in one or more diverse areas such as systems architecture (Clusters, Kubernetes, Slurm, Spark, Storage, Networking, DGX platform, DGX Cloud, AWS, GCP, ODI, Azure), development (C/C++, Python, Jupyter Labs), model training (Pytorch, Jax, Tensorflow, XGBoost, Transformers, GenAI, back-testing), or Graph Neural Networks.

• Familiarity or insights into NVIDIA software pipelines (data curation, training, validation, production) and GPU products and software like NeMO Foundation, HPC-SDK, Triton, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA GPU Cloud.

• Exceptional presentation skills with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Experience in cross-collaboration, promoting technical excellence, and nurturing leaders within the team, with executive alignment and a vision for innovative solutions.

• Preferred experience working with the Financial Services industry, either within the field or supporting industry customers/partners.
