Manager, Solutions Architecture – AI Cloud Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Solutions Architects who support NVIDIA Cloud Partners, while establishing technical direction and career development strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions within the region.

• Supervise your team's technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful design, implementation, and operation of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure.

• Represent NVIDIA in high-level technical discussions with Cloud Partners, addressing project and product specifics, roadmaps, new technologies, and escalations.

• Develop standard methodologies, tools, and best practices that enhance the quality and consistency of your team's technical output.

• Oversee team workload, prioritization, and resource allocation to manage multiple partner engagements effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering (or related fields such as Sales Engineering or Cloud Engineering) working directly with partners and customers.

• At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership, with a proven record of developing and maintaining high-performing international technical teams.

• Proficient in designing and deploying large-scale cluster environments.

• Hands-on expertise in datacenter design, development, and execution for AI and HPC applications.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly to your team, partners, and executive stakeholders through documents, presentations, and other mediums.
