Lead, IT Architecture – SAP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and execute large-scale SAP solutions, which includes the development and upkeep of architectural blueprints as well as the assessment of new technologies.

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage the comprehensive implementation process, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders, effectively communicate design concepts, and serve as a liaison among various teams.

• Mentor junior staff and technical teams, providing guidance and sharing expertise on SAP industry trends.

• Ensure system designs are aligned with business objectives.

• Possess skills in project planning and execution while managing available resources.

• Have knowledge of security protocols and risk management practices.

• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and deploying cloud-based solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant professional experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, or if no degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP is mandatory.

• Experience with the SAP HCM module, including HR master data management, personnel administration, personnel structure, personnel actions, and the configuration of employee groups and subgroups to facilitate payroll and time management processes.

• Experience with cross-functional integration between HR and Finance is essential.

• Familiarity with SAP upgrade projects, particularly transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA, along with knowledge of DevOps in SAP environments and relevant SAP certifications is preferred.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, managing global projects, and collaborating with external vendors is also advantageous.

• Expertise in SAP architecture frameworks, integration tools, and ABAP is a plus.
