This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee and execute all aspects of audits for current clients, including resource allocation, audit planning, execution, management of audit teams, and review of deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive Excel analyses as part of audit execution, client internal initiatives, and various services.
• Manage audit key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at client organizations and oversee multiple projects across various clients concurrently.
• Prepare and review all client deliverables, including reports and calculations.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of client businesses, technologies, and associated risks.
• Keep up-to-date with technical and practical knowledge about clients and the industry, applying this knowledge to the execution and oversight of audits.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff at all levels, conduct performance assessments, provide performance feedback and training, and foster a positive workplace culture and code of conduct.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a skilled team of professionals to drive business growth.
• Build and sustain strong strategic relationships with clients and key industry contacts to generate revenue from existing clients and expand services to new clients.
• Identify opportunities for new services, methodologies, or work processes for teams and clients.
• Engage in sales efforts for royalty and license compliance initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies to support the growth of internal infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
• 6+ years of experience in Professional Services or large IT organizations.
• Preferred experience in third-party audits, including contractual reviews, software licensing assessments, and/or contract compliance (royalty and licensing audits).
• Experience as part of a compliance team from one of the Big 4 firms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong references from current employers or clients.
• Proficient understanding of technology and software license contracts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
• Identify and assess complex business and technology risks, management processes, internal controls that mitigate risks, and opportunities for improvement of internal controls.
• Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies for reviewing, designing, and/or implementing products and services.
• Strong background in auditing techniques and/or computer control environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders and major clients; sophisticated negotiation skills are preferred.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating and managing engagement teams.
• Self-motivated, highly driven, and effective in both independent and team settings.
• Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and establishing trust with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to adapt to varying licensee conditions and cultural differences when executing audits globally.
• Strategic thinker capable of making sound business decisions.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work efficiently across multiple engagement teams, clients, and licensees in various time zones worldwide.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel capabilities.
