Manager, Software Engineering – Distributed Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team comprising backend and frontend engineers.

• Proven experience in leading distributed, remote engineering teams.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• A track record of assisting teams in shipping customer-facing features swiftly and iteratively.

• Demonstrated capability to hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing engineers.

• A history of establishing and promoting robust engineering practices and processes.

• Comfortable working directly with customers to resolve technical issues.

• A background in high-scale distributed systems.

• Extensive experience in TypeScript and Node.js.

• Experience in building and deploying production-level SaaS software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
