This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of engineering delivery, maintenance, and production support for designated product or platform areas.
• Implement new features and enhance existing components with an emphasis on code quality, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure efficient incident response, troubleshooting, and operational execution for production systems.
• Spearhead sprint planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure reliable delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and oversight of deployments.
• Directly oversee software engineers and/or technical leads, offering coaching, feedback, and support for career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams to guarantee quality, alignment, and production readiness.
• Assist in modernization efforts, including cloud-native development and the reduction of technical debt.
• Promote the use of AI-assisted SDLC tools to enhance engineering velocity and effectiveness while upholding standards.
• Aid in the development of AI-enabled capabilities, following robust practices for quality, security, privacy, and reliability.
• Facilitate the recruiting, onboarding, and training processes for software engineering personnel.
• Education: Specify the minimum educational qualifications required (e.g., bachelor’s degree, specific certifications).
