This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the software engineering team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

• Offer technical direction and mentorship to team members to foster their professional development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, define the project scope, and develop technical roadmaps.

• Supervise the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, quality standards, and coding guidelines.

• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to uphold system performance and reliability.

• Encourage the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

• Prepare and deliver project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, along with relevant frameworks.

• Experienced with contemporary software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.

• Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on scalability and performance.
