Manager, Software Engineering – AI Enablement, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations for enterprise AI platforms (such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, Amazon Q)

• Implement secure onboarding processes, access provisioning, governance controls, and operational support frameworks

• Track platform performance, usage statistics, cost efficiency, adoption metrics, and return on investment

• Manage relationships with vendors and handle support escalations as necessary

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, HR, Finance, and other departments to identify impactful AI use cases

• Spearhead AI adoption initiatives throughout the organization

• Create and deliver training programs, workshops, office hours, and enablement resources

• Supervise RPA and machine-assisted automation projects

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing AI & Automations team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI-related roles

• At least 3 years of experience in team management, ideally within a global matrixed environment

• Proven experience in deploying AI tools at scale within a mid-to-large enterprise

• Background in engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architecture

• Experience in developing internal AI capability frameworks or Centers of Excellence (CoE)

• Familiarity with cost optimization and vendor management for SaaS platforms

• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor)

• Deep understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance issues (including regional regulations)

• Knowledge of workflow automation and RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Playwright, PowerAutomate)

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with experience working across different regions

• Experience supporting global teams from delivery centers in India
