This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of 4–6 specialists and administrators focused on enterprise applications.
• Supervise the support and administration of essential enterprise platforms, primarily concentrating on Google Workspace, Slack, and the wider SaaS tool portfolio.
• Serve as an escalation point for complicated issues and step in as a hands-on contributor when team capacity or technical complexity necessitates.
• Manage and prioritize a support and project queue to ensure the prompt resolution of tickets and requests across all applications in use.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, runbooks, and documentation for all tools being supported.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, distributed work environment.
• Experience in supporting SaaS-based enterprise tools and managing related operations, including onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and licensing.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to operate as an individual contributor when necessary — this role demands a hands-on approach.
