Manager – Software Application Specialists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Application Specialists and manage the deployment of Motorola’s public safety and command center software suite.

• Perform operational assessments, conduct business process evaluations, and facilitate various discovery events.

• Analyze current business processes to uncover potential areas for enhancement.

• Drive business process reengineering efforts by examining workflows.

• Create, develop, and implement training programs, instructional materials, and learning aids.

• Define, organize, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.

• Serve as a link between technical teams, engineers, and project managers.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Program Directors throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Present findings and project updates to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology setting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a People Manager role is essential.

• Ability to obtain a background clearance as mandated by our government clients.
