This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in client discovery, opportunity identification, and solution formulation.
β’ Develop practical solution architectures for intelligent infrastructure, workplace technology, facility systems, data, and vendor platforms.
β’ Convert client requirements into scopes of work, work plans, roadmaps, deployment strategies, and delivery models.
β’ Evaluate corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, and intelligent infrastructure settings.
β’ Analyze technology vendors, solution providers, platforms, and implementation partners.
β’ Create business cases, assess digital investment impact, define KPIs, set baselines, and monitor value realization.
β’ Assist in the development of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, governance frameworks, and operational rhythms.
β’ Oversee client workstreams across various stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
β’ Develop repeatable templates, playbooks, and delivery frameworks to support future growth.
β’ 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace technology, smart buildings, PropTech, digital transformation, or infrastructure technology.
β’ Experience with enterprise clients or large corporate settings.
β’ Knowledge of real estate and facilities technology categories, including IWMS, CMMS/EAM, BMS/BAS, IoT, occupancy analytics, energy platforms, workplace experience platforms, data/reporting tools, or managed service models.
β’ Proficiency in solution architecture, technology deployment, vendor assessment, business case formulation, KPI design, and value tracking.
β’ Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
β’ Established professional network across enterprise real estate, facilities, workplace, solution providers, vendors, integrators, or PropTech ecosystem partners.
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous growth-stage environment.
β’ Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
