This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop, mentor, manage, and coach SSU personnel to ensure adherence to Precision’s quality standards.
• Promote individual career growth and emphasize personal responsibility and accountability.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with SSU personnel to oversee assigned tasks and support career advancement.
• May act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Site Start-up activities.
• Ensure SSU personnel adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with established SOPs, working guidelines, project plans, and all regulatory requirements.
• Confirm that SSU personnel have the necessary resources, training, materials, and access to systems to meet the expectations of their roles.
• Assist in the creation of training plans and hold SSU personnel accountable for achieving training objectives or addressing training needs.
• Ensure SSU personnel comply with administrative responsibilities (e.g., time entry, corporate-level training, time/billing compliance, and travel expense reporting, as applicable).
• Engage in the recruitment process for new SSU personnel by reviewing CVs and participating in interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new SSU personnel in collaboration with Human Resources, Training, and other relevant departments.
• Contribute to the establishment of robust standards and processes for staff and ensure consistent, high-quality execution among SSU personnel.
• Actively participate in the allocation of SSU personnel and manage FTE distribution per project to ensure that billed time/work aligns with project budgets and assumptions, with ongoing assessment and adjustments as necessary.
• Provide continuous feedback, development, and coaching for direct reports, including conducting annual performance reviews.
• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of department meetings to ensure regular high-level communication with SSU personnel.
• Assist with internal initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A minimum of 6 years in clinical research, particularly with extensive Site Start-up experience; line management experience is essential.
• Proven leadership experience or competencies relevant to this position.
• Demonstrated understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Proven competence in people management.
• Experience in a team environment with resource management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinical software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented demeanor.
