Manager – Site Reliability Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Leading a team of site reliability engineers in the development and implementation of product operation and customer supportability strategies.

• Collecting customer feedback to drive enhancements in product quality.

• Overseeing on-call responsibilities for the APJ based team as part of the global REAct initiative.

• Fostering communication and collaboration across teams to enhance product operation and customer supportability.

• Recognizing opportunities to automate operational workflows and minimize manual effort.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven history of leading high-performance teams, delivering effective solutions, resolving issues, and mentoring engineers.

• Experience in the operation, analysis, and troubleshooting of large-scale distributed systems, as well as familiarity with relevant monitoring, logging, and performance analytics tools.

• Proficiency with tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for managing infrastructure at scale.

• Understanding of software development methodologies and the product lifecycle from conception through deployment and operations.
