Manager, Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Review, revise, and/or create processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management.

• Directly manage a team of contract and budget associates.

• Allocate resources for new business initiatives within the organization.

• Engage in discussions regarding resource requirements.

• Report on and manage contract metrics, including productivity levels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Address and resolve complex issues involving legal, finance, or supervisory matters.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Background in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO).

• Experience interacting with major healthcare institutions in North America regarding the performance and negotiation of clinical trial agreements.

• Proven experience in remote people management.
